Company Attributes

On this page you manage the attributes used per company to assign to parts.

The smart table displays the following:

• Name: The name of the company attribute

• Description

• Company: The company using the attribute as a way to organize parts

• Company attribute type: Indicates the attribute type the company uses for the part (asset, work order, site, and so on)

• Attribute data type: The type of data the attribute uses (multiple values, single value, text, date, and so on)

• Status: Indicates whether the attribute is active or inactive

Select an attribute name to view/edit its details, or click New to create a new company attribute.

When creating or editing an attribute to use multiple values or a single value as the Attribute data type, you are prompted to enter the name and description that can be used as an attribute value.
